A full array of Certified Organic vegetables and flowers are grown at Liberty Farms. We have a deep respect for the soil, water, and air that exist on the farm, as well as the vegetables, flowers, and animals that we raise.  Each vegetable and each flower has a delicious vibrancy and a beauty that we are happy to share.

We are NOFA-NY Certified Organic, incorporate biodynamic practices, and use low-till and intensive growing methods when appropriate.

Our produce - as well as flowers, eggs, and, in 2020, meats - are available through our CSA, as well as at our Farm Stand, the Philmont Co-op, the Stuytown Greenmarket in NYC, and some Hudson Valley restaurants.

Our farmers believe that the food we eat and the produce we enjoy is a deeply personal choice, so Liberty Farms offers a unique market-style CSA where members are able to "shop" for the Certified Organic vegetables they bring home in their shares each week.

Our weekly bounty changes with the seasons, but its beauty and vibrant flavor is a constant.

Flower Shares are BACK for the 2020 season! Flower Share CSA members enjoy weekly or biweekly bouquets that can be picked up at their regular vegetable CSA site from approximately July to September (depending on the weather). Our garden will offer organically and lovingly grown cosmos, sunflowers, snapdragons, and dahlias, just to name a few!

Our CSA starts in June, but early crops will be available as early as April in our Farm Stand, and our high tunnel allows us to extend our season well into December.
