Healthy Land Makes Healthy Food.

Regenerative farming in the Hudson Valley, with certified organic and sustainable gardens and livest

Regenerative agriculture practices

By using the natural cycles of nature, plant life, and animals we not only feed communities with healthy, organic food, we also help reverse climate change and rebuild healthy soil. Each life on the farm contributes to reclaiming acres of farmland—from our veggies, flowers, and hay to our sheep, cattle, horses, chickens, pigs, and even people.

Responsible, rotational grazing

All of our animals are on a rotational schedule that help regenerate our corner of the earth. Our poultry aerates the topsoil; our ruminants fertilize. And besides—what's more delicious than fresh pasture?

Say LOW to tilling

Tilling can disrupt the natural bugs, water levels, and healthy microbes of the soil. Our gardens incorporate a low-to-no-till practice that actually adds nutrients, holds carbon better, and lesses erosion.

A full circle

We're proud of our low-waste practices, from feeding "ugly" veggies and eggs to our pigs, and our own certified organic mulch and composting that fertilizes our hay fields and gardens.
